Our SEAGLASS Alcohol-Removed Pinot Grigio is made with the same dedication and care as all our wines, preserving the bright, refreshing character of the Central Coast. We add one additional step to the winemaking process to remove the alcohol while still retaining the wine’s delicious freshness. You’ll find vibrant aromas of stone fruit and honeysuckle, intertwined with delicate floral notes, delivering the same refreshing flavors you love without the alcohol.
Vineyard Notes
Our Certified Sustainable Los Alamos Vineyard rests just 20 miles from the Pacific Ocean in Santa Barbara County, parallel to the region’s unusual east-west coastal range, whose valleys usher wind and fog across the vines each day. Perhaps most notable for its soil, Los Alamos is comprised almost entirely of sand. The soil heats up quickly, initiating bud beak earlier than neighboring sites and affording the grapes more time to develop their signature concentrated flavors.
Production Notes
To preserve the vibrant coastal character of Pinot Grigio, this alcohol-removed wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks allowing pure flavor to shine through. The resulting wine boasts an alluring combination of enticing, bright, varietally true flavors.
